True Currency University is a free online financial literacy program for ALICE households in Erie County. Participants who complete the course and a follow-up financial session may qualify for Safety Net Funds to help with bills like rent, utilities, or transportation.

Funds are limited and available only to participants who fall within the United Way ALICE survival budget.
For participants under 18, a parent or guardian must provide permission to open a savings account through the Million Dollar Bag pathway certificate.
